Tenants Contents Insurance
We strongly recommend that all of our tenants have specialist contents insurance for the duration of their tenancy with Edzell. This is designed to protect you from accidental damange to your landlord’s fixtures and fittings, such as carpets, windows and white goods. It also protects you from damage or theft of your own property.
In the event of an emergency repair being required email us on [email protected]
An emergency is defined only as a problem which occurs out of our office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm) and which cannot wait until the office re-opens. Please note that in the event of a call-out being made which is not an emergency then the tenant will be responsible for paying the call-out charge.
